About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source IT hardware for resale through established enterprise, MSP, broker, and leasing networks
- Negotiate buy-side pricing for servers, networking, storage, components, and end-user devices
- Match inventory with qualified global buyers across enterprise, OEM, broker, and refurbishment channels
- Maximize sales margins through effective sell-side negotiation and long-term relationship management
- Manage and forecast sales pipeline accurately within CRM systems
- Coordinate with logistics, audit, and data sanitization teams to ensure smooth and compliant deal execution
- Handle customer relationships end-to-end, including post-sale support, disputes, and RMAs
- Monitor market pricing, demand trends, and platform developments across technology hardware products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Existing network with verifiable active relationships on both buy and sell sides
- 3+ years in ITAD brokerage or secondary IT hardware sales
- Consistent track record of delivering strong annual gross margin
- Deep technical understanding of enterprise IT hardware and component-level pricing
- Strong knowledge of: ITAD processes and chain of custody
- Data destruction standards (NIST 800-88, DoD 5220.22-M)
- Strong negotiation skills and the discipline to walk away from low-margin deals
- Relationships with hyperscaler or large enterprise refresh programs
- International buyer network (EU, LATAM, APAC)
- Experience in both whole-unit and component brokerage
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Knowledge of OEM/channel restrictions affecting resale value.
