About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the development and execution of the annual marketing plan aligned with regional and global business objectives, with a dedicated focus on dental laboratory growth and digital workflow adoption.
  • Adapt and execute global campaigns, sales assets, digital content, and event materials for the North American dental laboratory market.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches, workflow solutions, service offerings, and strategic market initiatives.
  • Monitor brand and business KPIs, assess tactical marketing execution, and leverage insights to recommend strategic improvements.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that increase awareness, lead generation, customer retention, and technology adoption within dental laboratories.
  • Partner with Academy teams to promote educational programs, workshops, webinars, and training initiatives that support customer success.
  • Manage and maintain the social media presence for the Design Services team, including content planning, campaign execution, customer success stories, thought leadership, and performance reporting across relevant social channels.
  • Collaborate with Design Services leadership and subject matter experts to develop engaging content that showcases case studies, workflow expertise, service capabilities, and customer outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the dental, dental laboratory, medical device, or healthcare technology industry preferred
  • Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing programs, customer engagement initiatives, and brand strategies within the North American market.
  • Strong understanding of the dental laboratory ecosystem, including CAD/CAM workflows, digital dentistry, scanning technologies, restorative workflows, and laboratory production processes preferred
  • Experience managing social media channels, content strategy, and digital engagement programs for business audiences.
  • Understanding of the medical device regulatory environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical, commercial, and customer audiences
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic direction with practical implementation and execution
  • Willingness to travel to industry events, customer sites, and strategic partner meetings throughout North America
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
