People & Culture Advisor – APAC
3P BiopharmaceuticalsPeople & Culture Advisor supporting the APAC region at 3P Learning. Trusted advisor for managers and employees in recruitment, onboarding, and culture initiatives.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across the APAC region
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activity in region
- Ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for new starters
- Serve as the first point of contact for people-related queries
- Support and coach managers on best practices and employee relations matters
- Own the maintenance and periodic review of People & Culture policies and procedures
- Support Workplace Health and Safety obligations
- Maintain and optimise our HRIS (BambooHR) and internal systems
- Prepare people reports and generate insights to inform decisions
- Champion culture initiatives and events
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and global P&C initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in a People & Culture, HR Advisor, or related generalist role
- Solid working knowledge of Australian employment legislation, including the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards, and modern award interpretation
- Good working knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety obligations including psychosocial safety, and experience managing return to work and workers’ compensation cases
- Experience owning or contributing to People & Culture policy development and maintenance
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms (BambooHR a plus) and Microsoft Office
- A track record of building trusted relationships with managers and employees at all levels
- A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, calm under pressure, discreet with sensitive matters, and demonstrates solid judgement
- Strong communication skills, clear, empathetic, and confident
- A genuine curiosity and drive to continuously improve processes and the employee experience.
