About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the daily operations of the B2B finance team with 10 members across three regions
Coach and develop the broader team with clear standards
Partner with regional Sales and Commercial leaders on deal pricing, margin analysis, contract reviews
Own monthly close, KPI reporting, and CFO pack inputs for the B2B segment
Operate revenue governance day-to-day in a SaaS / Education Technology environment
Drive working capital outcomes in partnership with the AR team
Run the annual cost allocation, budget inputs and forecast tracker for the segment
Govern data and change requests across NetSuite, Salesforce and Adaptive Insights
Identify and lead automation and process improvement initiatives
Build scenario models to support decision-making

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive finance experience, including leading finance teams
CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification
Experience operating revenue recognition policy in SaaS, subscription or recurring-revenue environment
Strong FP&A toolkit including driver-based forecasting and variance analysis
Hands-on NetSuite experience (essential); Salesforce and Adaptive Insights highly regarded
Comfort working across multi-currency, multi-entity, listed-company reporting cycles
Track record of finance process and systems improvements
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Communication skills to brief senior stakeholders
Strong controls and governance mindset with high personal integrity
