About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the global Client Virtualization capability delivering secure, reliable, and scalable virtual app, desktop, and cloud PC services
  • Lead and develop the global Client Virtualization team, including employees and contract resources
  • Set priorities, manage workload, coach team members, and support development while remaining accountable for service outcomes
  • Own operational execution and continuous improvement for Client Virtualization services
  • Manage service quality, risk management, process improvement, milestones, escalations, and critical initiatives aligned to business and IT priorities
  • Partner with IT leadership, vendors, infrastructure teams, security teams, and business stakeholders to resolve complex service, platform, and stakeholder issues
  • Translate technical topics into clear business and operational impacts
  • Improve reliability, security, compliance, cost efficiency, and user experience through incident, problem, change, vulnerability management, service governance, KPI monitoring, licensing oversight, and operational risk reduction

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, computer science, MIS, or a related field
  • 10+ years of relevant IT experience, including virtualization, infrastructure, cloud services, service management, or technical leadership
  • 6+ years supporting client virtualization or DaaS platforms such as Citrix, Windows 365, VMware Horizon, or Amazon Workspaces
  • 4–5+ years leading technical teams and coordinating global operations with stakeholders, vendors, and support teams
  • Strong expertise in end-user computing, virtualization, cloud, identity, security, automation, and IT service management practices
  • Hands-on experience with Citrix, Windows 365 Cloud PC, Microsoft 365, Windows platforms, Azure/AWS, hybrid cloud, networking, storage, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, IAM, Group Policy, and access governance
  • Experience in security remediation, vulnerability management, patching, compliance, automation/scripting, ITSM processes, service reporting, KPI monitoring, documentation, and knowledge management
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across regions
  • Strong English communication, analytical, documentation, planning, influencing, and leadership skills
