About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead analytics with AAD’s largest end users
- Develop analytics dashboards and data structures
- Work collaboratively with internal and external customers in support of the RepairStack™ platform
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in analytics & visualization development/enhancement
- Improve & standardize data management and data collection processes in support of analytics & visualizations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues by working directly with customers, third‑party partners, and internal teams
- Build robust documentation in support of analytics and reporting structures
- Support alignment of key financial accruals tied to CIP rebates to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master of Business Administration (MBA)(completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of experience with Microsoft PowerBI design and implementation in a private, public, government or military environment
- One (1) year of Project Management experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Relationship builder with a competitive nature experience
- Experienced in data exploration and analysis: Ability to analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and generate actionable insights
- Microsoft Power Platform: Working knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support data workflows and visualization solutions
- SQL / Azure Analysis Services: Strong skills in SQL and experience with Azure Analysis Services for data modeling and querying
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
