Key Account Manager – Pharmacy

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Negotiation of annual agreements regarding prices and terms
- Ensuring effective collaboration
- Achieving agreed annual financial targets and customer-related sales KPIs
- Ongoing analysis of market and customer developments
- Monitoring competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Ensuring implementation of all category and brand strategies at the customer level
- Managing the operational aspects of customer accounts
- Ensuring efficient communication with other departments such as Customer Service, Shopper Marketing, and Supply Chain
Requirements
What you’ll need- Commercial (business) or medical/pharmaceutical education/training
- Substantial professional experience in Key Account Management
- Proven success in sales and customer account management
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Well-developed analytical and conceptual skills, with strategic acumen
- Team player with the ability to assert oneself
- Professional proficiency in MS Office and presentation techniques
- Knowledge of French is an advantage
