About the role
- Drive impactful results as the PMO for Global Load Factor Programs
- Develop project plans with timelines, milestones and dependencies, while identifying critical project risks
- Ensure execution and delivery of operating plan and strategic plan targets
- Establish an operating rhythm while leading global cross-functional project teams
- Enhance and deploy the Load Factor playbook
- Serve as the PMO for Business Resilience Planning
- Manage and oversee Business Resilience Planning (BRP) projects to enhance organizational resilience
- Lead and monitor adherence to policies and Business Resilience Planning
- Drive initiatives to optimize international network flows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business or related field
- Seven (7) years of experience in supply chain, distribution, transportation, or logistics, with three (3+) years of leadership experience
- At least three (3) years of experience in project management and logistics
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma, project management(PMP)
- Experience in implementing global project plans to improve shipping efficiency
