About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading several cross-functional project teams to deliver capital investments greater than $10M USD from initial scoping through project completion
Working with global business partners to define project requirements and identify the most cost-effective solutions with an owner’s mindset
Leading project execution to meet the stated cost and schedule objectives through development of project execution plans and owning the estimating, scheduling, and change management processes
Maintaining effective communication and alignment with the project team and stakeholders throughout our stage gate process
Assuring compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety standards to deliver robust, safe solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering discipline (completed and verified prior to start)
Ten (10) years of combined experience in capital project management and capital project engineering roles in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Five (5) years of experience developing designs, equipment specifications, and construction packages in a private, public, government or military environment
Five (5) years of previous work experience working on projects > 10M and proactively identifying potential risk, implementing mitigation strategies, and communicating about these risk across stakeholder teams
Five (5) years of work experience with verbal and written communication and influencing leaders at the VP, SVP, and CXO level
