About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with innovative minds around the world
  • Support and develop business within the 3M Scotchlite Reflective Materials division, applied to professional uniforms
  • Develop the market, customers, and business opportunities
  • Promote solutions that enhance safety, visibility, and performance across different market segments
  • Lead the 3M Scotchlite Reflective Materials business in Brazil
  • Develop business together with Distributors, Garment Manufacturers, and End Customers
  • Represent 3M on standards committees that define requirements for high-visibility safety apparel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Experience in sales and/or specification and development work with customers
  • Proficiency in English as a second language
  • Experience in sales or customer service within the professional uniforms industry may be considered a strong differentiator
  • Spanish as a third language is desirable
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems, videoconferencing platforms, and corporate tools
