About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage end-to-end supply planning for a large and diverse SKU portfolio in a high-complexity market.
  • Execute planning strategies to maintain healthy inventory levels and prevent service disruptions.
  • Coordinate with multiple global supply locations and cross-functional teams to support reliable product flow.
  • Lead regular alignment sessions with business teams to support Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order commitments.
  • Collaborate with plants to align ICO vs local supply volumes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Planning/Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, materials planning, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in planning systems and data management tools.
  • Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
