About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead global EHS training program, including working with internal subject matter experts and external consultants to coordinate training development and maintenance
  • Manage global training matrices, and liaise with the 3M global training organization and system of record
  • Lead translation work process
  • Consult with the division leadership team and internal clients to set and execute strategic direction, operating plans, and guidelines/methods for the EHS management system
  • Initiate and approve projects to continuously improve training efficiency, effectiveness, translation, and manage the management system to an approved annual budget
  • Lead document management, SharePoint, and internal standards development processes, with a focus on improvement and sustainability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of experience leading training programs in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Ten (10) years of experience leading management systems programs in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Five (5)+ years experience in participating in or leading environment, health, safety, programs for a manufacturing or product development organization
  • Five (5)+ years combined supervisory, management, and project leadership experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and improvement programs
  • Strong demonstration of project management skills
