About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Meeting sales objectives by managing key reflective sheeting and pavement marking accounts for Transportation Safety in the United States
  • Achieving Sales Goals and Objectives at assigned key accounts
  • Developing and driving growth programs to take competitive share and increase 3M’s footprint
  • Managing and growing long term relationships with key decision makers at assigned accounts
  • Developing and executing a pipeline management strategy
  • Drive engagement between key accounts and 3M field sales team to maximize sales opportunities
  • Understanding client needs and providing solutions to meet those needs
  • Drive a healthy 3M portfolio mix with assigned accounts to maximize profitability
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders to review performance and set objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university
  • Minimum 5 years of outside selling experience
  • Current, valid Driver’s License
  • MBA preferred
  • Five (5) years of Marketing and channel Management within Traffic Safety Industry in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Ability to understand financial model and strong negotiation skills.
