Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement global tax planning strategies
Oversee all federal, state, and international tax filings
Manage quarterly and annual income tax accounting obligations (under ASC 740)
Serve as the primary point of contact for tax authority audits
Provide tax due diligence support for acquisitions and restructuring
Advise leadership on the tax impact of business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required (completed and verified prior to start)
10+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting and/or in-house roles
CPA Certification or master's in taxation (MST) preferred
Experience and proficiency with ASC 740 rules and calculations
Strong knowledge of U.S. and international direct and indirect tax laws
Experience with foreign tax issues
Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to manage tax projects
