About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage and provide qualified consulting to existing customers within the assigned sales territory
- Actively acquire new customers and proactively engage existing accounts
- Systematically expand the opportunity pipeline by identifying and developing profitable projects
- Scale successful reference projects to achieve sustainable revenue growth
- Continuously perform market and competitor analyses to identify potentials and trends
- Maintain close, cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed bachelor’s degree or commercial/technical vocational training
- Several years of solid sales experience in a technical environment
- Demonstrable practical experience in a sales role
- High willingness to travel within the defined sales territory
- Negotiation-level (business fluent) German and very good English
- Experience/knowledge in adhesive technology and the relevant market segments
- Confident use of ERP and CRM systems (ideally Power BI and Salesforce)
- Self-motivation, team spirit, persistence, result orientation, and strong communication skills
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and analytical abilities
