Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently manage and provide qualified consulting to existing customers within the assigned sales territory
  • Actively acquire new customers and proactively engage existing accounts
  • Systematically expand the opportunity pipeline by identifying and developing profitable projects
  • Scale successful reference projects to achieve sustainable revenue growth
  • Continuously perform market and competitor analyses to identify potentials and trends

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed bachelor’s degree or commercial/technical vocational training
  • Several years of solid sales experience in a technical environment
  • Demonstrable practical experience in a sales role
  • High willingness to travel within the defined sales territory
  • Negotiation-level (business fluent) German and very good English
  • Experience/knowledge in adhesive technology and the relevant market segments
  • Confident use of ERP and CRM systems (ideally Power BI and Salesforce)
  • Self-motivation, team spirit, persistence, result orientation, and strong communication skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking and analytical abilities
