Sales Executive – Pharmaceutical Channel
3MSales Executive managing pharmaceutical client relationships in the northeast region of Brazil. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute commercial strategies and maintain client relations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, conducting regular visits, monitoring orders, and executing actions defined by leadership.
- Lead negotiations and develop new business opportunities, following established commercial guidelines and policies.
- Support the development of the sales plan and monitor account KPIs, ensuring alignment with regional targets.
- Contribute to account commercial planning with leadership support, and monitor day-to-day implementation of the plan.
- Organize commercial routines, priorities, and activities with continuous guidance, ensuring effective execution aligned with expectations.
- Maintain close relationships with clients, monitoring opportunities, needs, and risks, with leadership validation for decision-making.
- Support processes related to investments and contracts, following applicable guidance and procedures.
- Act with professionalism in line with company culture, demonstrating continuous development in resilience, communication, and maturity in client relationships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or related segments.
- Availability to work in the field based in the Fortaleza region and to travel across Brazil.
- Multichannel experience in commercial negotiations with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers, and in managing indirect accounts.
- Proficiency in handling data, creating sell-in and sell-out data analyses, and defining tactical plans.
- Knowledge and experience with tools and KPIs from market intelligence firms such as IQVIA or Close Up.
- Collaborative profile for working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactivity and creativity to develop innovative solutions.
- English (desired).
