About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the Category expert for Scotch™, Post ‑ it®, Scotch ‑ Brite® and 3M Safety across the North Europe region.
  • Provide comprehensive category insight to guide portfolio positioning, capability development, and growth opportunities.
  • Guide Area portfolio direction to enable effective regional channel or account‑specific execution aligned with category priorities.
  • Define category strategy and develop clear, actionable playbooks that drive growth through targeted portfolios, programs, and campaigns.
  • Communicate category strategies to channel and shopper teams.
  • Proactively monitor category‑related trends and innovations, analyze research and insights.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Channel, Category, and/or Sales & Marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic plans and effectively guide others in implementing those strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including confident presentation abilities to support successful program execution.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and make sound decisions within your area of responsibility.
  • Skilled in using data‑driven storytelling to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Recognised as a collaborative team player and contributor.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
