Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Abrasives
3MSales Representative for Industrial Abrasives, managing industrial customers in Catalonia and Balearic Islands. Combining technical expertise with commercial responsibilities to promote and sell solutions.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing and developing a portfolio of industrial customers within the assigned territory
- Promoting and selling industrial abrasive solutions
- Providing technical and commercial support adapted to customer processes and materials
- Performing on-site technical product demonstrations in real industrial environments
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Working closely with internal technical and commercial teams
- Using CRM tools to track commercial activity, where applicable
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Naval, Mining, Design) or Chemistry
- First professional experience, preferably in industrial environments and/or technical sales
- Knowledge of metallic and/or plastic materials
- Proactive, results-oriented professional approach with a strong technical mindset and curiosity
- High interest in industrial environments and hands-on fieldwork
- Language skills: Spanish and Catalan are mandatory, English – advanced level (minimum B2, demonstrable)
- Clear valid driving licence
