Welding Respiratory Sales Specialist
3MWelding Respiratory Sales Specialist for 3M Personal Safety Division covering North East England, Cumbria and Scotland. Promoting PPE portfolio and engaging with key stakeholders to drive product adoption.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote the 3M Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) portfolio, with a specific focus on the 3M Speedglas range, to channel partners and end users.
- Maintain and grow directly managed, priority accounts within a defined geographical region and customer segment.
- Support the wider business in identifying opportunities for products beyond the PPE portfolio.
- Deliver customer training on the correct care, use, and maintenance of 3M PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the Personal Safety Division and Application Engineers to identify, develop, and execute sales projects and opportunities.
- Engage with key stakeholders at end-user customers to drive specification and adoption of 3M products.
- Develop and maintain strong market, industry, and product knowledge.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to proactively develop a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
- Competence in delivering product demonstrations and presentations
- Strong negotiation skills
- Sales experience in a B2B environment
- Experience using CRM systems to identify opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Good standard of education.
- Knowledge and experience within the PPE and wider health and safety market
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
