About the role
- Develop new industrial abrasives business in the Paraná (PR) and Santa Catarina (SC) regions.
- Achieve sales targets by providing sales coverage for assigned accounts or within the assigned territory.
- Manage the territory under regular supervision.
- When necessary, request or receive assistance to handle situations that require greater or different expertise or knowledge.
- Identify and analyze the market opportunity potential for 3M.
- Drive the development and implementation of opportunities in PR and SC.
- Lead product development and launches and work closely with partners/distributors in this market.
- Implement a routine of customer visits for accounts under your responsibility and support the development of key customers using Salesforce (time and territory management).
Requirements
- University degree completed.
- Experience in technical sales, with demonstrated ability to manage a territory, build customer relationships and apply consultative selling techniques.
- Knowledge of the industrial market and its supply chain.
- Willingness to work in the Paraná (PR) and Santa Catarina (SC) regions.
- Availability for domestic travel and fieldwork.
- Intermediate English and Spanish.
- Experience with abrasives sales, industrial processes and production lines.
- Previous experience with 3M products or similar solutions.
- Experience working with distribution/reseller channels in the industrial market.
