About the role

  • Develop new industrial abrasives business in the Paraná (PR) and Santa Catarina (SC) regions.
  • Achieve sales targets by providing sales coverage for assigned accounts or within the assigned territory.
  • Manage the territory under regular supervision.
  • When necessary, request or receive assistance to handle situations that require greater or different expertise or knowledge.
  • Identify and analyze the market opportunity potential for 3M.
  • Drive the development and implementation of opportunities in PR and SC.
  • Lead product development and launches and work closely with partners/distributors in this market.
  • Implement a routine of customer visits for accounts under your responsibility and support the development of key customers using Salesforce (time and territory management).

Requirements

  • University degree completed.
  • Experience in technical sales, with demonstrated ability to manage a territory, build customer relationships and apply consultative selling techniques.
  • Knowledge of the industrial market and its supply chain.
  • Willingness to work in the Paraná (PR) and Santa Catarina (SC) regions.
  • Availability for domestic travel and fieldwork.
  • Intermediate English and Spanish.
  • Experience with abrasives sales, industrial processes and production lines.
  • Previous experience with 3M products or similar solutions.
  • Experience working with distribution/reseller channels in the industrial market.
