About the role
- Leading sales calls with one of 3M’s largest retail customers
- Implements tactics to grow Consumer Business’s sales
- Determines and develops key selling strategies for winning with a large retailer
- Supports the USA and Canada marketing and sales teams by helping develop winning strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Seven (7) years of sales and/or marketing experience calling on Consumer, Industrial, Safety, or Abrasive Markets
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Master's degree in business from an accredited institution (additional qualification)
- Ten (10) years of Key Account sales or marketing calling on large Retailers (additional qualification)
- Strong personal interaction skills (additional qualification)
- Experience in leveraging POS data to drive sales (additional qualification)
