Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are prioritized based on business value and strategic objectives
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, QA, UX/UI designers, and project managers
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Make informed decisions on feature scope, trade-offs, and release timing
Monitor product performance and user feedback to guide continuous improvement
Ensure alignment between technology solutions and organizational goals
Document functional requirements, workflows, and product specifications
Support change management and user adoption efforts

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a science field
Five (5) years of experience with IT program/project/product leadership in a private, public, government or military environment
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Proficiency with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
Proficiency in Commercial Services business processes
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
