About the role

  • Providing customer-facing technical advice, serving as the go-to application engineer
  • Implementing tailored evaluations, demos, and trials at customer sites
  • Determining customer use conditions, compliance needs, and hazard considerations to recommend solutions
  • Supporting the sales cycle with technical proposals and compliance mappings
  • Collaborating with account managers, marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemistry or related sciences
  • Experience related to workers’ health and safety
  • Familiarity with general health and safety regulations in the Netherlands and Belgium and the willingness to elevate that knowledge
  • Ability to interact as an intermediator between 3M and customers at all levels
  • Fluent in Flemish English and ideally also French
