About the role

  • Leading the strategic direction and execution of digital transformation initiatives
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy
  • Design and implement a digital strategy leveraging data and AI
  • Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of business data
  • Collaborate with other Business Groups
  • Drive the prioritization and decision-making process for AI/ML solutions
  • Work closely with other 3M leaders for alignment of digital initiatives
  • Identify gaps in skill sets, capability, and culture
  • Build and lead a high-performing team
  • Develop estimates of qualitative and quantitative benefits
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration
  • Ten (10) years of experience in digital innovation, data analytics, AI (including agentic AI), and ML
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Deep understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends
  • Experience in Industrial/Manufacturing or Material Science companies is a plus
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
