About the role
- Providing administrative support for PLM/eNovia users including:
- Providing guidance to users on which access to request, supporting users in submitting access requests, approving or rejecting access requests for BG access.
- Managing business structural data (templates, route templates, workflows, groups, etc.)
- Troubleshooting technical issues for business related data
- Collaborating with users and IT to ensure system functions correctly and meets business objectives
Requirements
- Three (3) years of software systems experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Two (2) years administrative experience with document management systems (such as eNovia) in a private, public, government or military environment
- Experience migrating documentation management systems
- Experience with the Quality Modules of SAP
- Experience training users on system use and applications
