About the role
- Drive sales growth and organic growth among key customers within the territory
- Deliver training presentations to customers and distribution partners, raise industry professionals' awareness, and promote 3M solutions
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to contribute to market research, new product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Pursue personal development and deepen product and regulatory knowledge through self-study and company training programs
Requirements
- College diploma
- Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Bachelor's degree/college diploma or higher (obtained and verified prior to employment)
- Diploma in health and safety or sales from an accredited institution
- Ten (10) years of sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
- Key account management – strategic sales management – negotiation skills – customer relationship management
