About the role
- Lead and develop your own territory and create your pipeline of opportunities through interactions with relevant B2B end users predominantly within the metal industry.
- Develop and maintain market, industry and product knowledge.
- Engage in and proactively support any national ASD (Abrasive Systems Division) marketing promotions or sales programs.
- Create close working relationships with 3M channel partners and their sales organisations to built agreed call plans to relevant end users, as well as support on jointly agreed 3M promotional activities
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial markets
- Pro-active, results focused self-starter with a passion for sales and exceeding targets.
- Organized with ability to work with others as well as alone to meet deadlines
- Strong communication, questioning and listening skills
- Good English – verbal and written
- IT literate - Proficient in use of IT tools, Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- CRM Knowledge in metal industry
