About the role
- Responsible for maintaining and growing the assigned Key Account
- Responsible for 3M Transportation Business Group product sales to Lockheed Martin
- Lead TEBG Strategy for engagement with Lockheed Martin
- Implements key account initiatives
- Determine strategy, sales approach, customer engagement plan
- Supports business group initiatives
- Willingness to travel globally to support Lockheed Martin
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Eight (8) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License
- Master's degree from an accredited institution (preferred)
- Ten (10) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment (preferred)
- Skills include negotiation, strong influencing skills, CRM skills, proven experience managing cross functional teams, substantial experience in defense or government sales
