Designer

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Design Solutions Specialists and Project Managers
• Set team priorities, allocate resources and ensure strong technical performance and project execution
• Drive design-in strategies with OEMs, suppliers and key accounts to secure specifications for 3M bonding and adhesive technologies
• Manage project governance, KPIs, risk assessments, escalations and cross-functional communication to ensure successful execution
• Prioritize and maintain visibility of the design-in and project pipeline, ensuring disciplined and accurate CRM documentation
• Contribute to digital and automation programs that accelerate customer implementation and strengthen automation-enabled bonding growth
• Develop and maintain partnerships with automation ecosystem stakeholders such as integrators, machine builders and robotics partners
• Increase the automation fluency of the salesforce through targeted training and enablement activities
