About the role
- Leading the end-to-end development and execution of ABM programs, coordinating resources and cross-functional teams to meet milestones and timelines.
- Implementing personalized storytelling by repurposing content and creating thought leadership tailored to target personas across relevant channels.
- Determining prioritization scoring and the ABM plan for CBT EMEA lead accounts based on readiness and estimated business impact with clear time-bound goals.
- Supporting account teams with in-depth insights via stakeholder mapping and persona development to understand decision-makers and their objectives.
- Communicating performance and ROI through analytics dashboards and regular reports to demonstrate impact and guide decisions.
- Collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Content, and Operations to align strategies and deliver programs on schedule.
- Promoting continuous improvement by using performance data to optimize campaigns, refine targeting, and scale successful approaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification
- Extensive marketing experience with strong understanding of customer insights and market dynamics
- Proficiency in crafting compelling messaging and content strategies and using multi-channel formats to reach and engage target audiences
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams with strong organizational skills and exceptional communication abilities
- Skilled at building relationships and collaborating effectively with the ability to drive alignment across diverse groups
- Deep knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic ABM plans aligned with business objectives with a commercial data-driven mindset that drives measurable business outcomes
- High level of organization adaptability and results orientation thriving in fast-paced environments and delivering excellence without direct people management responsibilities.
