Managing and supporting channel partners across Saudi Arabia, conducting monthly reviews to assess sales performance and revenue targets.
Delivering technical product demonstrations for SCBA and serve as the primary contact for client inquiries and complaint resolution.
Organizing and executing end-user engagement activities, including safety days and webinars, in coordination with application engineers and the marketing team.
Acting as the liaison between key clients and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
Overseeing tender agreements and long-term projects within the Fire Industry, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Saudi nationality is a must
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in engineering
Technical experience in personal safety products
Experience on the Oil and Gas / petrochemical industry
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Experience with handling communication with Fire brigades and preferable experience with M&CDS (Military and Civil defence)
Proven experience in key account management

Experience on reporting sales activities, preferably on Salesforce
