Two (2) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
OR High school diploma/ GED and five (5) years of sales experience in the electrical, construction or industrial market experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Current, valid Driver’s License
Minimum two (2) years of experience in sales or marketing
Minimum four (4) years of distribution sales/marketing and/or management experience
Experience with analytics, fact-based selling, category management
Demonstrated experience communicating cross functionally and to all levels in an organization
Skilled as proficient at prioritizing and managing many projects simultaneously
Aptitude to understand multiple product lines
Management of multiple segments and marketing channels within distribution
Solid negotiating and selling skills
Previous experience calling on strategic accounts or influencing/building account support base
Proficient business acumen to include working with pricing, customer total profitability, and financial impact of business decision on distribution.
