Responsible for managing sales targets for assigned customers/area(s)/product line(s).
Identify and define market/product opportunities to meet sales and growth objectives.
Driving growth of 3M solutions at some of the Nation’s largest military depots and repair facilities.
Owning, leveraging and cultivating senior level relationships at assigned accounts to identify business needs / drivers and position 3M solutions for growth.
Building and executing channel engagement plans that leverage existing government contracts and market trends (ie, use of small, disadvantaged businesses).
Leading 3M Team members at assigned accounts to foster and drive collaboration in the attainment of assigned forecast.
Creating, maintaining, and executing pipeline of opportunities and engagements to realize the key sales targets and metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and Three (3) years of account sales experience in a commercial, government, or military environment OR Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and Five (5) years of military experience
Three (3) years of key account sales experience in a government or military environment.
Strategic management of product distribution companies.
Working cross-functionally within a complex matrix organization.
Experience working as a government employee.
Skills include managing through CRM tools, selling skills, and C-Suite sales.
