About the role

  • Create high-quality B2B content: Write and edit blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and LinkedIn content that simplifies complex topics (AI, Automation, Digital Transformation).
  • Manage social media channels: Own the company LinkedIn profile, ensuring consistent posting, engagement, and audience growth within our target markets (UK/US).
  • Execute email marketing campaigns: Design and send newsletters or drip campaigns to nurture prospects using our CRM/Marketing automation tools.
  • Support sales enablement: Create decks, one-pagers, and proposal templates that help the sales team close deals.
  • Monitor and report performance: Track website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement metrics to optimize future campaigns.
  • Coordinate external vendors: Manage relationships with occasional freelancers (designers, SEO specialists) if required.
  • Maintain website content: Update landing pages and copy via our CMS to ensure accuracy and SEO optimization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the Tech, SaaS, or Professional Services sectors.
  • Exceptional written English: Native or near-native level (C1/C2) is non-negotiable; you must be able to write clear, persuasive business copy.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts (e.g., RPA, Low-code, API integrations) into business benefits.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, WordPress/Webflow).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a content calendar independently.
  • Experience working in a remote, distributed team environment.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Figma) to create social assets independently (Nice-to-Have).
  • Experience with Video editing/production for short social clips (Nice-to-Have).
  • Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies (Nice-to-Have).
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.) to accelerate content workflows without sacrificing quality (Nice-to-Have).
