About the role
- Build and execute a coherent marketing strategy for the UK/US markets, aligned with business goals.
- Create and maintain media plans - defining channels, formats, and priorities for ongoing activities.
- Develop and manage content in all forms - articles, case studies, videos, and sales materials.
- Optimize the website and landing pages for UX, SEO, and lead generation performance.
- Coordinate and enhance existing initiatives (podcast, events, case studies).
- Set up and track marketing analytics (automation tools, reporting).
- Collaborate with founders and the consulting team to translate project insights into marketing assets.
- Work closely with the sales team to provide materials and insights that support client acquisition.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with international B2B clients or professional services firms, ideally within consulting, tech, or software.
- Fluent English (C1 or higher) - able to create and manage all communication in English for UK/US audiences.
- Strong content creation skills (articles, case studies, client materials, etc.).
- Experience with video marketing - from concept or scripting to production coordination.
- Solid understanding of digital transformation.
- Working knowledge of GA4 and marketing automation tools.
- Hands-on, proactive approach - able to execute and deliver, not only plan.
