About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, execute, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across domestic and international markets, ensuring consistent brand messaging, audience engagement, lead generation, and measurable performance outcomes.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, and other relevant digital opportunities.
  • Support Meta Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, Reddit, etc. in collaboration with the social media team.
  • Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, remarketing, enhanced conversions, and custom audience segments.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize against key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns within approved budgets, ensuring spend is allocated effectively across channels and campaigns.
  • Set up, manage, and troubleshoot tracking through Google Tag Manager, GA4, platform pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
  • Analyze website traffic, attribution, and user behavior using GA4, HubSpot Analytics, Google Search Console, and other reporting tools to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and performance summaries using tools such as Looker Studio, GA4, HubSpot Analytics, Google Ads, and platform-native reporting tools.
  • Report on campaign performance, present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, and lead new initiatives based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, SpyFu, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms to support paid and organic search strategy.
  • Implement SEO best practices to improve organic visibility, website performance, and search discoverability.
  • Support landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization across campaign assets, forms, calls to action, and user journeys.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, sales teams, and other internal stakeholders to produce engaging marketing materials and align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Partner with sales teams to support lead generation goals, pipeline objectives, lead quality feedback, and sales enablement needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, platform updates, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
  • Maintain and update website content through CMS platforms, particularly Webflow and Drupal.
  • Stay current on digital advertising trends, privacy updates, consent requirements, attribution changes, and platform best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, paid media, growth marketing, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Reddit Advertising.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Google marketing suite, including Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, and Looker Studio.
  • Experience setting up and managing conversion tracking, pixels, tags, events, enhanced conversions, and UTM tracking.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as Webflow, Drupal, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar website management tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, social media optimization, and digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Analytics, HubSpot CRM, or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms.
  • Understanding of GDPR, consent management, cookie tracking, and digital marketing privacy considerations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations.
  • Ability to report on performance clearly and translate findings into actionable business and marketing decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail, especially when managing budgets, tracking, reporting, and campaign setup.
