About the role
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across the organization
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and move searches efficiently through the hiring process
- Source, screen, and assess candidates for current and future openings
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from application through onboarding
- Develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria in partnership with hiring managers
- Build talent pipelines and implement proactive sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles
- Promote 365’s employer brand through job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels
- Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and hiring metrics
- Maintain candidate and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system and HRIS
- Partner with hiring teams to assess candidates for practical AI, automation, and process improvement capabilities where relevant
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and hiring outcomes
- Support offer development and candidate closing efforts
- Manage relationships with external agencies and recruiting partners as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches independently with minimal oversight
- Strong experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders
- Demonstrated success developing sourcing strategies and building talent pipelines
- Experience recruiting for professional, corporate, and/or technical roles
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of employment law and sound hiring practices
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms; Paylocity experience preferred
- Familiarity with AI tools, workflow automation, and modern recruiting technologies preferred
- Ability to assess candidates for practical application of AI, automation, and process improvement preferred
