About the role
- Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design an appropriate Microsoft solution
- Design and develop solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients
- Provide training and end-user support to ensure effective use of the solutions and to quickly resolve issues and questions
- Manage project delivery and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Advise clients on best practices, security, compliance and other technical aspects related to Microsoft technologies
Requirements
- Experience in consulting and training on the Microsoft platform
- Knowledge of Office 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Teams
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory technologies
- Knowledge of cloud architectures and design
- Experience with PowerShell and other scripting languages
- Knowledge of networking technologies and security
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a Microsoft environment
- German and English at B2 level
