About the role
- After a thorough and structured onboarding, you will care for people with intensive care needs together with a committed team.
- Specialized treatment nursing is part of the job: this includes, among other things, tracheostomy tube changes and endotracheal suctioning — as well as the reliable provision of standard/basic nursing care.
- You work with professional confidence and responsibility: you carry out physician’s orders, monitor vital signs, ventilation, and also emotional changes in your clients — because nursing is more than just technology for us.
- State-of-the-art equipment and high technical standards support you in your daily work and ensure a safe working environment.
- You work interdisciplinarily with all persons involved in the care process — respectfully, professionally and on an equal footing.
Requirements
- You have completed training as a Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / nurse, Krankenpfleger / nurse, Krankenschwester / nurse, Altenpfleger / geriatric nurse, or as a specialized nurse in anesthesia and intensive care.
- No previous experience in intensive care? You are welcome with us even without intensive care experience!
