About the role
- You care for and support our intensive care patients in their familiar/home environment
- You work independently with a dedicated local team to establish our one-to-one care
- Basic and therapeutic nursing (e.g., oxygen and medication administration, injections, suctioning, PEG care, inhalation and respiratory therapy, and monitor surveillance)
- Nursing documentation
- Collaboration within an interdisciplinary team
- Communication with family members
- Emergency management
Requirements
- You are a registered/licensed nurse (m/f/d) — any specialization or general nursing qualification
- Basic training in non-clinical (out-of-hospital) ventilation for nursing staff required
- Specialist/expert qualification in non-clinical ventilation (m/f/d) desirable
- You are empathetic and compassionate
