About the role
- Work independently with a dedicated regional team to establish our 1:1 patient care
- Basic and treatment nursing (e.g., oxygen and medication administration, injections, suctioning, PEG care, inhalation and respiratory therapy, and monitor surveillance)
- Nursing documentation
- Collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
- Communication with patients' relatives
- Emergency management
Requirements
- You are a qualified nurse (m/f/d) — any specialty or generalist qualification
- Basic training for nursing staff in out-of-hospital ventilation is required
- Specialist qualification in out-of-hospital ventilation is desirable
- You are empathetic and have strong interpersonal skills
- You are a team player
- You are flexible
- You work independently and take responsibility
