About the role
- Digitize and improve processes

Requirements
- Business-fluent German and strong English, both written and spoken
- Initial practical experience in IT, digitization, or automation projects, ideally 2+ years
- Coding experience in at least one language such as Python, TypeScript, or Java
- Understanding of how APIs work
- Pragmatic and self-directed way of working
- Experience with ERP systems, in particular HaufeX360 (Acumatica)
- Experience with Azure cloud, especially Azure Functions or related services
- Experience with automation platforms such as Make or n8n
- Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, HERO, or similar tools
- Interest in or experience with LLMs, AI workflows, or internal AI applications
- Previous start-up experience, ideally in the skilled trades
