About the role

  • Generating opportunities from top priority, highest potential accounts
  • Creating business opportunities for UK Account Executives through inbound leads qualification
  • Leveraging cutting-edge Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects
  • Building a strong sales pipeline and qualifying inbound leads
  • Detecting customer pain points and pitching the 360Learning value proposition
  • Working closely with coaching, marketing operations, demand generation, and sales

Requirements

  • Previous experience of at least 12 months hitting targets as a BDR or SDR in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
  • Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
  • You are fluent in English (level B2 or equivalent)
