About the role

  • Responsible for driving revenue on German speaking markets, focused on mid-market segment
  • Commit to learning and executing proven sales methodologies to hit quotas
  • Actively contribute to German growth strategy and sales effort
  • Lead opportunities from demo to closing
  • Grow network with HR & training decision-makers
  • Develop best sales strategies to close deals

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS in an Account Executive or Presales Role
  • Experience in performing complex software/platform demos in your sales process
  • Native German and Fluent English proficiency
  • An ability to establish strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers at all levels
  • Excellent active listening skills and a 'Team Player' attitude
  • Basic elements of HR culture would be a plus!
