Key responsibilities & impact

Your mission is to empower our clients to build Collaborative Learning organizations by mastering our platform and methodology.
Ensure that clients don’t just "use" the software, but master it to drive long-term engagement.
Own our "One-to-Many" offer (Engagement Academy & Stadium webinars) to ensure every client has the knowledge and confidence to make their project a success.
Develop a scalable learning ecosystem that ensures every client gets the best start by mastering our Collaborative Learning methodology.
Work closely with the Customer Success Team and Product teams to ensure our training offer addresses the actual friction points and needs of our client base.

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders; customer facing background preferred (e.g. Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst)
Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations
Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies
Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
Ability to adapt your communication to different audiences (highly technical vs. less/non- technical stakeholders)
Organized, structured, rational and analytical way of working
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum is a plus
