About the role

  • Support sales and customer success teams in North America and UK
  • Drive deals from initial contact to closing
  • Act as a strategic partner protecting the company’s interests
  • Join a collaborative team where expertise is shared
  • Handle complex legal issues including Privacy and AI Act
  • Actively participate in negotiations and lend a hand on cross-functional projects

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business law and contracting
  • Ideally gained within the Tech/SaaS ecosystem or an international law firm.
  • You have a deep understanding of the legal subtleties of US and UK contracts.
  • Experience living or working in the US or Canada is a strong plus
  • Proven experience aligning stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize impact and accountability over mere presence, within a framework that respects everyone's personal balance.
  • You are bilingual (English/French), capable of negotiating complex legal terms and drafting in English and French on a daily basis.
