Requirements
- Proven experience in HR Operations / Recruiting Operations, handling real, end-to-end hiring workflows.
- Strong AI-native mindset, using LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to actively simplify, accelerate and scale HR tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to replace manual HR work with automations, tools or lightweight internal solutions (no engineering dependency).
- Hands-on experience building workflow automations (e.g. n8n, native ATS automations).
- Practical experience working with ATS data at scale (exports, bulk candidate analysis, filtering, pre-qualification).
- Ability to design AI-assisted screening and ranking logic to reduce time spent reviewing candidates manually.
- Strong prompt engineering skills applied to HR, not just content creation.
- Builder mindset: proactively identifies bottlenecks and creates solutions instead of accepting “manual mode”.
- Solid understanding of data privacy (GDPR) and responsible use of AI in hiring.
- Comfortable working in a lean, budget-conscious environment, where each hire must clearly justify efficiency gains.
