Requirements
- State of the art knowledge in implementing scalable and reliable software in python
- Real domain expert down to the roots in python and Linux
- Knowing the difference between real knowledge/understanding and Dunning-Kruger
- Open mind to listen and learn but also to give back knowledge to the organization
- Strong business problem-solving mindset, taking responsibility for (sub-)projects/initiatives - Knowing:
- - How to prioritise effectively by applying the Pareto principle of 20/80
- - How to break down bigger milestones into risk-safe (means: there might be still risk but it’s known and under control) strategic agile iterations that lead to quality and steady progress
- - Communication skills: Ability to adapt the communication method/style to the audience so that everyone is able to understand the main point.
