Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack systems that power growth initiatives such as retention campaigns, monetization flows, cross-sell features, and internationalization
• Build and iterate on A/B experiments and growth experiments to optimize conversion, engagement, and retention
• Own end-to-end delivery of projects: from requirements gathering and design, through implementation, testing, deployment, and monitoring
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, data engineers, and analysts to ensure growth initiatives are data-informed and measurable
• Ensure scalability, performance, and quality of systems that impact millions of users globally
• Contribute to engineering best practices, including code reviews, testing strategies, and automation
• Stay updated on modern frontend and backend technologies to continuously improve development speed, quality, and user experience
• Help create prototypes and proofs-of-concept for rapid iteration
