About the role
- Lead hiring processes across multiple departments and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Source active and passive candidates using creative sourcing methods for all areas of the business
- Partner with hiring managers and heads of departments to define role requirements
- Provide proactive hiring updates to key stakeholders
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from outreach to offer
- Maintain accurate ATS data for reporting and forecasting
- Act as an ambassador for 32Co, conveying the company mission, vision and values to candidates
Requirements
- Previous agency or internal recruitment experience with evidence you can run recruitment processes
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment and multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience hiring technical talent (tech hiring savvy)
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Extremely organised with strong attention to keeping reporting systems and ATS up to date
- Proactive and able to anticipate and prioritise tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Seeking a hybrid role and able to commute to Hoxton office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
